Insurance claims settlement · UAE
A rejection letter is the insurer's position, not the last word. We review your case for free, identify exactly why the claim was refused, and challenge the decision with a complete, well-argued file, first with the insurer and then with the Sanadak unit.
A case specialist will contact you shortly.
Preview only: this form does not send requests yet.Yes. You first complain to the insurer, which usually has 30 calendar days to respond. If it maintains the rejection, the complaint can go to the Sanadak unit, the official complaints body set up by the Central Bank of the UAE, at no cost to consumers. Many rejections are based on missing documents, a late notice or a disputed policy term, and can be answered with the right evidence.
Common situations
Most rejections fall into one of these. Each one has a specific answer.
A report, invoice or form was not submitted, or not in the format required.
The insurer says it was told too late. The real delay and its reason matter.
The insurer relies on a clause. Whether it truly applies is often arguable.
The insurer says something was not declared when the policy started.
Who caused the loss, how it happened or what was damaged is questioned.
The claim is said to be outside the cover, the limit or the period.
What we do
We answer the insurer's exact reason, not a general complaint.
If the free review shows the rejection is correct under your policy, we tell you plainly, so you can decide with clear information.

How it works
Send your policy and the insurer's reply. We tell you if you have a case and what is missing.
We collect the evidence, organise the documents and draft a clear, well-argued complaint.
We raise it with the insurer first, then with the Sanadak unit if it is not resolved.
You get updates until the decision is issued, and we prepare your appeal if you need one.
The complaints route
The insurer must first get the chance to resolve your complaint, usually within 30 calendar days. A complete, well-documented complaint at this stage often settles the case.
If the insurer does not resolve it, or you disagree with its answer, the complaint goes to the Sanadak unit, the official complaints body set up by the Central Bank of the UAE. Filing is free for consumers. Insurance disputes normally go here before court.

Why Saadatak
No. You can complain to the insurer, and if it maintains the rejection, take the complaint to the Sanadak unit. Many rejections are reversed or settled when the missing evidence is provided.
The insurer is usually expected to respond within 30 calendar days. After that, the complaint can go to the Sanadak unit.
For insurance disputes, the complaint normally goes through the Sanadak unit first. Court comes later if needed.
Filing a complaint is free for consumers. An appeal carries an official fee, which may be refunded if the appeal succeeds. See appeals.
It depends on what was asked, what was declared and whether it was relevant to the loss. We review the proposal form and the facts before advising.
The first review is free. Our fee for preparing and following up your case is confirmed in writing before we start.
