Claim rejected after an accident
The insurer refused to pay, citing the policy, the driver or the report.
Insurance claims settlement · UAE
After an accident, the insurer refused your claim, offered too little for repairs or a total loss, or simply stopped replying. We review your case for free, build a complete file and follow it with the insurer and the Sanadak unit until there is a decision.
A case specialist will contact you shortly.
Preview only: this form does not send requests yet. Most motor claims are rejected or reduced for reasons that can be answered with the right documents: a missing or unclear police report, a dispute over who caused the accident, a driver or licence issue the insurer relies on, an exclusion in the policy, or a valuation the owner disagrees with. A complaint that addresses the insurer's exact reason, with evidence, has a far better chance than a general objection.
Common situations
These are the motor cases clients bring to us most often.
The insurer refused to pay, citing the policy, the driver or the report.
The approved amount does not cover the garage's real repair cost.
The market value offered is below what the car was worth.
The other driver's insurer will not pay for damage to your car.
Surveys, approvals or payment keep being delayed without a clear answer.
The insurer argues the driver was not covered at the time of the accident.
What we do
We handle the preparation and the follow-up, so you are not chasing the insurer alone.
We tell you honestly at the free review if we think the insurer's decision is correct, so you do not spend time on a case that will not succeed.

How it works
Send your policy and the insurer's reply. We tell you if you have a case and what is missing.
We collect the evidence, organise the documents and draft a clear, well-argued complaint.
We raise it with the insurer first, then with the Sanadak unit if it is not resolved.
You get updates until the decision is issued, and we prepare your appeal if you need one.
The complaints route
The insurer must first get the chance to resolve your complaint, usually within 30 calendar days. A complete, well-documented complaint at this stage often settles the case.
If the insurer does not resolve it, or you disagree with its answer, the complaint goes to the Sanadak unit, the official complaints body set up by the Central Bank of the UAE. Filing is free for consumers. Insurance disputes normally go here before court.

Why Saadatak
Ask the insurer for the reason in writing, then complain to the insurer with evidence that answers it. If the insurer does not resolve it within about 30 days, the complaint can go to the Sanadak unit. We prepare both stages for you.
Yes. If the market value offered is too low, we gather valuation evidence for similar cars and present it in your complaint.
Usually the at-fault driver's insurer. If that insurer refuses or delays, we prepare the complaint against it on your behalf.
It depends on the case. The insurer usually has 30 calendar days to respond, and the Sanadak unit then reviews the complaint. We keep you updated at every step.
For insurance disputes, the complaint normally goes through the Sanadak unit before court. Many cases are resolved at that stage.
The first review is free, and filing with the Sanadak unit is free for consumers. Our fee is confirmed in writing before we start. See claim file preparation if your claim is new.
