Insurance claims settlement · UAE

Get your claim right from day one.

Most rejections start with an incomplete claim. Before you submit, we check your policy, list exactly what the insurer will ask for, and prepare a complete, well-ordered file, so the claim is assessed on its merits.

Type of insurance

Your details stay confidential and are used only to respond to your request.

Why does claim preparation matter?

Insurers assess what they receive. A claim with missing reports, unclear descriptions or late notice is more likely to be delayed, cut or rejected, and fixing it later takes longer. Preparing the file correctly at the start, with every document the policy requires, is the simplest way to avoid a dispute.

Common situations

When clients ask us to prepare a claim

Good preparation helps most in these situations.

Large or complex losses

Property, business or total loss claims with many items and figures.

Unclear policy wording

When you are not sure what is covered or what the insurer will need.

Documents from abroad

Medical or travel claims with foreign reports and receipts.

Busy or away

You do not have time to collect and chase papers yourself.

A previous claim was rejected

You want to avoid the same problem again.

Tight notice periods

Policies that require quick notice and specific forms.

What we do

What we prepare

A complete file the insurer can assess without coming back to you.

  • Read the policy and identify the relevant cover
  • List every document the insurer will require
  • Help you obtain reports and certificates
  • Write a clear description of the event
  • Organise invoices, photos and evidence
  • Complete the claim form correctly
  • Submit and confirm receipt with a reference
  • Track the claim and respond to requests

If the claim is later disputed, the same well-prepared file becomes the base of the complaint.

How it works

How we handle your claim

  1. 01

    Free eligibility review

Send your policy and the insurer's reply. We tell you if you have a case and what is missing.

  2. 02

    We prepare the file

We collect the evidence, organise the documents and draft a clear, well-argued complaint.

  3. 03

    We file and follow up

We raise it with the insurer first, then with the Sanadak unit if it is not resolved.

  4. 04

    Decision, or appeal

You get updates until the decision is issued, and we prepare your appeal if you need one.

The complaints route

Two stages, and we prepare both

Stage 1

Complaint to your insurer

The insurer must first get the chance to resolve your complaint, usually within 30 calendar days. A complete, well-documented complaint at this stage often settles the case.

Stage 2

The Sanadak unit

If the insurer does not resolve it, or you disagree with its answer, the complaint goes to the Sanadak unit, the official complaints body set up by the Central Bank of the UAE. Filing is free for consumers. Insurance disputes normally go here before court.

Claim file preparation: frequently asked questions

Why should I prepare a claim with help?

A complete claim reduces the chance of delays, cuts and rejections. It also gives you a strong file if the claim is disputed later.

Do you submit the claim for me?

We prepare the complete file and help you submit it, then track it and respond to the insurer's requests.

What if the insurer still rejects it?

We move straight to the complaint stage using the same file. See rejected insurance claims.

How quickly should I start?

As soon as possible. Many policies require prompt notice, and evidence is easier to collect early.

Which types of insurance do you cover?

Motor, health, property, life, travel and business insurance.

How much does it cost?

The first review is free. Our fee is confirmed in writing before we start.
