Insurance claims settlement · UAE
A loss can stop a small business. When the insurer rejects or cuts the claim, we prepare the evidence, the figures and the complaint, so you can focus on running the business while we follow the case.

Preview only: this form does not send requests yet.Yes. Sole proprietors and, in many cases, small and medium businesses can complain about a licensed insurer. The complaint goes first to the insurer, then, if it is not resolved, to the Sanadak unit, the official complaints body set up by the Central Bank of the UAE. Business claims often turn on figures, so clear records of stock, equipment and losses are essential.

How it works
Send your policy and the insurer's reply. We tell you if you have a case and what is missing.
We collect the evidence, organise the documents and draft a clear, well-argued complaint.
We raise it with the insurer first, then with the Sanadak unit if it is not resolved.
You get updates until the decision is issued, and we prepare your appeal if you need one.
The complaints route
The insurer must first get the chance to resolve your complaint, usually within 30 calendar days. A complete, well-documented complaint at this stage often settles the case.
If the insurer does not resolve it, or you disagree with its answer, the complaint goes to the Sanadak unit, the official complaints body set up by the Central Bank of the UAE. Filing is free for consumers. Insurance disputes normally go here before court.

Why Saadatak
Sole proprietors and, in many cases, SMEs can file complaints against licensed insurers. We confirm eligibility at the free review.

Purchase invoices, supplier statements, bank records and VAT returns can help rebuild them.
The insurer is usually expected to respond within 30 calendar days, then the complaint can go to the Sanadak unit. We keep you updated.
A complaint can generally be filed within three years of the event, or two years from when you became aware of it, whichever is longer.
